Information stored

The portal stores each client’s name, email, phone number, company name and billing address, along with the files related to their projects, messages, quotes and invoices.

Use

This information is used only to carry out projects, deliver files, communicate with clients and invoice them. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

Access

Each client can only access their own account. Only the MDAOUST — Design graphique team has access to the administration. Passwords are encrypted and cannot be read by anyone.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe on its own secure page: no card number is stored by the portal.

Your rights

You may ask at any time to access, correct or delete your information, or to receive a copy, by writing to hello@mdaoust.ca, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Security and cookies

Encrypted connection (HTTPS), files stored outside the web root and available only after sign-in, login attempt limits. The portal only uses the cookies required for your session and theme choice. No advertising trackers.
